Vi skal velge to stillinger for perioden H21-V22 (Internt ansvarlig og Kommunikasjonsansvarlig FTV). I tillegg skal vi ha suppleringsvalg av Læringsmiljøansvarlig FTV som sitter for høsten 21. Du kan melde kandidatur via denne lenken. Frist 23.04 kl 2359

Her kommer en kort innføring i hva de ulike stillingene gjør:

Internt ansvarlig FTV

• Leder Studentrådet HF
• Arrangerer studentrådsmøter på fakultetet
• Er møteleder ved HFs studentrådsmøter
• Forvalter personalansvar for de instituttillitsvalgte i Studentrådet HF
• Koordinerer ITVene, og sørger for at alle institutt har nok ITVer
• Sitter i fakultetsstyremøter

Kommunikasjonsansvarlig FTV

• Organiserer valguka i samarbeid med de andre studentrådene
• Oppdaterer studentrådets hjemmeside og sosiale medier
• Jobber med referansegruppekurs
• Ivaretar det sosiale miljøet på Studentrådet HF

Læringsmiljøansvarlig FTV

• Være observatør på møter og ha kontakt med Velferdstinget (VT) og Studenttinget (Sti)
• Holde seg selv og studentrådet HF godt informert rundt viktige læringsmiljøsaker og studenters rettigheter
• Sitter i instituttledermøter
• Sitter i formøte til Utdanningsutvalget

• 12.04 kl 1415: Allmøte for HF​
• 19.04 kl 1415: Allmøter for (de fleste) institutt​
• 23.04 kl 2359: Frist for å melde kandidatur. Kan gjøres via denne lenken
• 26.04 kl 0900: Digitalt valg åpner​
• 29.04: VALGDAG! Valget stenger 23:59​
• 30.04: Resultatene offentliggjøres

 

Two positions are up for election for the period H21-V22 (Internt ansvarlig og Kommunikasjonsansvarlig FTV). In addition, we will have a supplementary election of the Læringsmiljøansvarlig FTV, who sits for the autumn of 21. You can submit your candidacy through this link. Deadline 23.04 at 2359

Here is a brief introduction to what the different positions do:

Internally responsible FTV

• Leads Student Council HF
• Organizes student council meetings at the faculty
• Is chair of meetings at HF’s student council meetings
• Manages personnel responsibilities for the ITVs in the Student Council HF
• Coordinates the ITVs, and ensures that all departments have enough ITVs
• Sits in faculty board meetings

FTV communications manager

• Organizes the election week in collaboration with the other student councils
• Updates the student council’s website and social media
• Arranges reference group courses
• Takes care of the social environment at the Student Council HF

Learning environment manager FTV

• Be an observer at meetings and have contact with the Welfare Parliament (VT) and the Student Parliament (STi)
• Keeps self and the student council well informed about important learning environment issues and students’ rights
• Sits in department head meetings (ILM)
• Sits in the presidency of the Education Committee

• 12.04 at 1415: Allmøte for HF
• 19.04 at 1415: Allmøte for (most) department
• 23.04 at 2359: Deadline for submitting candidacy. Can be done through this link
• 26.04 at 0900: Digital election opens
• 29.04: ELECTION DAY! The election closes at 23:59
• 30.04: The results are published
